Donna Marie Beil Bertolino " OPEN WOUNDS " ~ A POEM I WROTE IN MEMORIAM TO THOSE WE LOST ON 9/11 five years ago the scars began the towers fell and people ran the skies were full of flames and smoke ...the people in the City began to choke what the hell had happened there should not ever happen anywhere to all the families of those we lost they can't be replaced at any cost we feel your pain and see your sorrow we pray for you and a better tomorrow and to the others we lost that day we think of you as we pray GOD BLESS YOU!!! ( YES IT WAS WRITTEN 5 YEARS AFTER THE DEVASTATION, BUT WHAT I FEEL HAS NEVER CHANGED ) |
