This is from a collapsed scaffold rescue at the Park Lane Hotel on Central Park South, May 1977. 
Rescue was effected by Fr. Rich Rewkowski and Ed 'Chip' Urbach, both of Ladder 4.  Visible on the scaffold is Rich Rewkowski (head only).
